Smoking is not allowed in the house.
Smoking is allowed on any of the 3 porches.

We cannot accommodate guest pets. There is one outside resident cat.

We love children, but in order to provide a quiet enviroment for our guests we do not allow children under the age of 8.

The charge for extra person in room is $20 per night.

Consumption of alcohol is permitted (please bring your
own)

Should you fail to arrive or cancel your reservationless than seven (7)days prior to your stated arrival time, you will be charged one 1/2 night's stay, including tax.
